
Warming and toning. Restoring peace of mind and counteracting depression. Expectorant, stimulant, antiseptic, digestive, insecticide. It helps with mental fatigue, lack of memory and headaches.
It's a very warming oil and has a fairly strong rubefacient effect. The main use is for muscular pain, stiffness, and fatigue, especially in combination with Rosemary.
It is also particularly effective for digestive problems as it is antispasmodic, carminative, tonic and stimulant effects.
For musculoskeletal system: For muscular stiffness, rheumatism, arthritis, tired and aching limbs. Combine 15 drops of Black Pepper essential oil with 15 drops of Lavender essential oil and 15 drops of Peppermint essential oil diluted in 4 oz of carrier oil.
For digestive system support: Black pepper is recommended for constipation, flatulence, and dyspepsia. Combine 5 drops of Black Pepper with 5 drops Fennel, and 5 drops Orange in 2 tablespoons of Therapeutic Carrier Oil. Massage in a clockwise direction over the abdomen and lower back. You can do this treatment three times a day.
For emotional support: Black Pepper can be very useful for intellectual fatigue, forgetfulness, confusion, and apathy. Combine with citrus essential oils to diffuse in the environment.
Do not use this oil in baths as it can cause skin irritation.
